In today’s world, psychedelics are having a moment.
They’re everywhere—in podcasts, documentaries, wellness circles, and headlines. Doctors are speaking about them, celebrities are endorsing them, and ancestral wisdom traditions are being rediscovered through a modern lens.
The buzz is real. And unfortunately so is the hype.
While there is promising research and a genuine potential for healing, it’s important to approach these powerful experiences with discernment.
Psychedelics are not quick fixes. They are not magic pills.
The real transformation comes from the inner work—before and after the journey.
That’s where I come in. I offer a safe, therapeutic space for deep personal inquiry, preparation, and integration. Whether you’re feeling called toward a psychedelic experience, looking to make sense of one you’ve already had, or simply seeking a grounded, soul-centered way to meet life’s challenges, I’m here to support you with clarity, care, and compassion. I bring the tools of inner work to support those who are considering exploring these paths.
As a qualified Psychedelic-Assisted Therapist, I offer sessions for preparation or integration. This could be weeks, months or even years before or after a psychedelic experience.
I do not provide or facilitate psychedelic medicines* (please read my disclaimer)
Understand what to expect, explore intentions, uncover motivations, recognize contra-indications, and take the steps needed to stay safe—emotionally, psychologically, and physically.
After a journey using entheogens, there is often a flood of insight. Take the time for proper integration sessions so that you make sense of your experience and anchor it into everyday life.
ISBR - Inquiry Based Stress Reduction – a radical and simple process often called "The Work of Byron Katie" used to question any stressful thoughts you might be carrying
IFS (Internal Family Systems - known as parts work) – gently exploring and healing inner conflicts and protective patterns of different parts of yourself
Somatic awareness and grounded presence – as a yoga teacher and practitioner, I understand the need to stay connected to your body and your inner wisdom and I support you to do that.
After a journey using psychedelics, shamanic journeying, breathwork or some other altered states, the mind, body and spirit needs integration back into our daily life: as Jack Kornfield wisely reminds us, “After the ecstasy, the laundry.”
Whether or not you choose to journey with psychedelics, my invitation to you remains the same:
I invite you to turn inward, to meet yourself honestly, and to come home to yourself.
If you are ready for a deep, beautiful, and sometimes messy process of living a more conscious life—I’m here.
If you're exploring psychedelic-assisted therapy or other transformational paths, you're likely a seeker—someone looking for deeper truth, healing, and a more authentic way of living.
This work is for you if you are:
Ready to challenge your thinking and open to real change.
Stuck in a pattern or facing a challenge you know you need to face head-on.
Feeling the call to live with more clarity, purpose, and peace.
Seeking grounded wisdom and support— both before and after a psychedelic experience.
With compassionate witnessing and inquiry, I offer you practical tools to prepare properly, reduce risk, support integration, and help you navigate your inner work with clarity, curiosity and creativity.
I bring over 30 years of experience in the healing arts—as a psychotherapist, coach, yoga teacher, art therapist, and spiritual guide. My approach is grounded, integrative, and deeply respectful of each person's unique path.
Certified in Inquiry Based Stress Reduction (commonly known as The Work of Byron Katie) and trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS), I offer a presence that helps you slow down, turn inward, and explore with curiosity. As a Psychedelic-Assisted Therapist, I support those engaging with altered states through safe, ethical preparation and integration practices. I do not provide medicines, but I help you navigate these experiences with insight and care.
As a longtime teacher of Kaiut Yoga, I also invite people into the wisdom of the body—supporting healing not only through the mind but also through the breath, and the nervous system.
Clients often say they feel truly held by this work—held in compassion while also gently challenged to go deeper. I don’t offer fixes. I offer companionship on the journey inward—toward clarity, freedom, and the truth of who you really are.
Psychedelics can open doors in the mind—doors to unprocessed memories, unconscious beliefs, deep-seated fears, and also to awe, love, and profound clarity.
These powerful medicines have the capacity to unburden the mind, soften protective layers, and create new neural pathways—offering a chance to relate to your life, your past, and your identity in an entirely new way.
But opening those doors is just the beginning. They are not an answer, simply a doorway into where you might start to find the answers.
The altered state of a psychedelic journey often lowers or bypasses the mind’s usual defenses—what in IFS we call “protectors.” These parts of us formed long ago to shield us from pain or rejection. When those defenses fall away during a journey, we may come into contact with very vulnerable parts—exiled beliefs or memories we didn’t even realize we were carrying. That’s why preparation and integration are essential.
Without thoughtful, compassionate work before and after your experience, these insights can remain hidden, ungrounded or even surface in ways that are destabilizing.
That’s where I come in.
As a trained Psychedelic-Assisted Therapist, I offer safe, informed support for preparation and integration. Using The Work of Byron Katie and Internal Family Systems (IFS), I help you make sense of your experience—not just revisit it.
We gently question stressful thoughts and explore the parts of you that believe them. These parts often carry old burdens. Together, we create space for healing—not by force, but through compassion and curiosity.
Whether you're preparing for a psychedelic journey, integrating one, or seeking transformation without substances, this work helps you release what no longer serves you and reconnect with your deeper Self—calm, clear, and whole.
